Το πολίτευμα της Ελλάδας είναι Προεδρευόμενη Κοινοβουλευτική Δημοκρατία .

The form of government of Greece is that of a parliamentary republic .

Θεμέλιο του πολιτεύματος είναι η λαϊκή κυριαρχία .

Popular sovereignty is the foundation of government .

Όλες οι εξουσίες πηγάζουν από το Λαό , υπάρχουν υπέρ αυτού και του Έθνους και ασκούνται όπως ορίζει το Σύνταγμα .
