Bunevtsi şivesi (öz adı bunjevački govor ya da bunjevački jezik[2]) Sırbistandaki Voyvodinada ve cenübiy Macaristanda yaşağan Bunevtsi (bunjevci, birlikte bunjevac) qavmı tarafından qullanıla.
The Bunjevac dialect (bunjevački govor or bunjevački jezik[2]) is a Shtokavian–Western Ikavian dialect used by members of the Bunjevci community.

Lisaniy noqta-i nazardan o cenübiy slavân, ştokav (ne sözi što dep tercüme etilgenden sebep), ğarbiy ikav (tarihiy yat sozuğı şimdiki tilde /i/ dep aytıluv sebebinden) şivesidir.
The speakers live in parts of the autonomous province of Vojvodina in Serbia as well as in southern parts of Hungary. The accent is purely Ikavian, with /i/ for the Common Slavic vowel yat.

Voyvodinada çıqarılğan birden-bir bunevtsi gazetesinde gayevitsa şeklindeki latin elifbesi qullanıla.
Its speakers largely use the Latin alphabet, as is illustrated in their locally published newspaper.

Sırbistannıñ Statistika İdaresi tarafından yayınlanğan ealini cedvelge aluv neticelerine binaen, 2002. senede bunevtsi şivesi ayrı til olaraq tanılmağan. O şiveni ana tili olaraq saylanğanlar "başqa dilliler" zümresi içinde qaralğan.
In the 2002 census results published by the Statistical Office of Serbia, Bunjevac was not listed among main languages spoken in Serbia, but those that declared that their language is Bunjevac were listed in category "other languages".

Meselâ, Subotitsa munitsipalitetinde "başqa dillilerniñ" (yağni bunevtsi şivesinde laf etkenlerniñ) sayısı 8914 kişi olğan.[3]
For example, in the municipality of Subotica, the number of those listed as speaking "other languages" (presumably Bunjevac) was 8,914.[3]

2011 yılda yapılğan cedvelge aluvda ise bunevtsi tili ayrı til olaraq tanılğan edi. Onı ana til olaraq belgilegen kişilerniñ sayısı 6835.[1]
According 2011 census, 6,835 people declared Bunjevac as their native language and it was listed independently.[1]

Bunevtsi şivesiniñ statusı açıq bilgelenmegen, hırvat lisaniyatçıları ve şiveniñ bazı qullanuçıları onı hırvat (ya da sırb) tiliniñ bir şivesi olaraq tanıy.
The status of the Bunjevac is vague, and it is considered a dialect of "Croatian" by some Croatian linguists. According to the 2002 census in Serbia, some members of the Bunjevac ethnic community declared that their native language to be Croatian or Serbian. This does not mean that they do not use this specific dialect, but merely that they don't consider it sufficiently distinct from the aforementioned standard languages to register as speakers of a separate language.
