Kiran Uniyal (born 1 January 1970) is an Indian martial arts practitioner and philanthropist based in Uttarakhand, India [1].

Kiran is a mother of two children and wife of Colonel Sunil Uniyal. It is training others including school and college students, businesses and others to properly defend themselves [1].

Kiran is the first Indian woman to hold 12 martial art speed records for elbow strikes and kicks[1]. According to the official Guinness World Records website, Uniyal held the record for women using alternate elbows to deliver 258 full-contact elbow strikes in one minute. He has broken this record with a speed of 4.3 strikes per second.
