(trg)="16"> HAS ADOPTED THIS DIRECTIVE :
(src)="7"> ότι το Πριγκιπάτο του Λιχτενστάϊν αποτελεί μαζί με την Ελβετία τελωνειακή ένωση , σύμφωνα με τη συνθήκη της 29ης Μαρτίου 1923 , και ότι η συνθήκη αυτή δεν προσδίδει , όσον αφορά το Πριγκιπάτο του Λιχτενστάϊν , ισχύ σε όλες τις διατάξεις της συμφωνίας μεταξύ της Ευρωπαϊκής Οικονομικής Κοινότητος και της Ελβετικής Συνομοσπονδίας , η οποία υπεγράφη στις 22 Ιουλίου 1972

(trg)="22.1"> The transition from one stage of harmonization to the next shall be decided on by the Council on a proposal from the Commission , taking into account the effects produced during the stage in progress by the measures introduced by the Member States into their system of excise duties in order to comply with the provisions applicable during that stage .
(trg)="22.2"> The transition from one stage to the next may be deferred especially if it is likely to involve disproportionate losses of revenue for a Member State .

(src)="8"> ότι το Πριγκιπάτο του Λιχτενστάϊν εξέφρασε την επιθυμία να ισχύσουν όλες οι διατάξεις της συμφωνίας αυτής έναντι αυτού ,
