V prípade, že objednaný tovar nie je možné dodať v uvedenom termíne, bude Predávajúci Kupujúceho o tejto skutočnosti bezodkladne informovať spolu s informáciou o náhradnom termíne dodania, prípadne ponúkne iný výrobok, porovnateľný s pôvodným (náhradné plnenie). V tomto prípade si však musí Predávajúci vyžiadať súhlas Kupujúceho.
